With the right ingredients, smoothies can leave you feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day. Continue reading below for three of our favorite healthy smoothie recipes!
Frozen Grape Protein Smoothie
It seems like many people around the world have caught onto the little known fact that frozen grapes can make for a deliciously sweet treat in the summer months. However, adding them to your smoothie? Game changer.
Blend together:
- 1 tsp dry chia seeds
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 ½ cups seedless red grapes
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
- ½ cup water
Life’s a Peach Smoothie
Summertime is the best time to indulge on peaches! The sweet and juicy fruit tastes great on it’s own, in cobblers, and of course, blended in smoothies.
Blend together:
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup frozen (or fresh) peaches
- ½ cup frozen pineapple
- ½ banana
- 2 cups kale
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Berry Merry Smoothie
Raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries oh my! Mixed berries always taste better in the summertime! Sky the frozen bag and opt for freshly picked berries to add that little bit of love to your drink!
Blend together:
- 1 frozen (or fresh) banana
- 1 cup mixed berries (we recommend raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries!)
- 1 cup almond milk
