With the new year, and new decade approaching more and more rapidly, it’s time to start thinking of those pesky New Year Resolutions. This year, try thinking of your resolutions as a way to better your life, rather than a goal that most times, is not being met. Try making smaller goals, one that seem easily achievable within a couple of weeks or a month. Setting goals that seem too simple, is the best place to start because you feel so much better when you accomplish a resolution, rather than fail to meet it and forget about it until months later. To start of your 2020 on the right foot, try to set these three simple goals for yourself and see how easy they are to accomplish! 

 

1. Tackle the Sunday Scaries

Yes, the “Sunday Scaries”. This refers to laying in bed or on the couch all morning at the end of the weekend, with the upcoming week looming over your head and to-do lists floating in your head. We’ve all been there, and it’s time to let that go in 2020. Spend less time lounging around the house and instead set aside time for a fun outdoor activity to do Sunday morning to ensure you’re up and out of bed!
